Can Pivot Table be done in 2000 RDL?
I need to be able to use this feature of Pivot Table.
Pivot tables can quickly be rearranged by dragging and dropping columns to different row, column or summary positions.

Not sure what you are trying to achieve.
If you are looking to provide your users with PivotTable-like functionality embeded in web page, you might want to take a look at embedding OWC - Office Web Components control into your web page.

If you mean Reporting Services 2000 (*.rdl files) then, as far as I know, you cannot embedd interactive olap functionality into the report.
